If you cannot send or receive email from your email address please look at the error. The error it gives should tell you what the problem is.

If your error says authorization is denied this will most likely mean that your username or password is incorrect. If your account is on a shared IP (you did not purchase a dedicated IP) your email address username should be the full email address. If this does not help, please try changing the email address password in Cpanel.

If the error is that the program cannot connect to the server, please check to make sure the incoming and outgoing mail servers are your domain name. Many people will put *mail.domain.com* which may not always work.
