This forum must be used to initiate all hosting cancellations. Please fill out the form in full and double check your information before sending. You will receive a request for confirmation from billing before your cancellation can be processed. Once the cancellation is processed you will receive an email confirming we have received your cancellation and it is complete.
Do not assume your account is closed until you receive an email from E-Starr stating the account is closed.
Cancellations will be processed within 72 hours of receiving confirmation. You must give 72 hours notice upon closing your account to avoid being billed for any upcoming invoice.
